Sissonville Woman Arrested on Child Neglect Charges

A Sissonville woman is in jail after state police and CPS found her and her 7-year old daughter living in what officers called “horrid conditions.” 38-year old Nancy Mason is facing a charge of child neglect with the risk of injury after a welfare check at the home on Centennial Drive in Sissonville. In addition to human waste and trash, the home hadn’t had running water in about a year.
