Second Shooting Could be Linked to the Gold Dome Shooting

Charleston Police are investigating a shooting that happened this week, that could be linked to another shooting last weekend. Seven shots were fired early Thursday at a home on Thompson Street between Jackson Street and Lewis Street. A family was inside at the time but no one was hurt. The shooting could be connected to a deadly shooting that happened Sunday outside The Dome Bar and Grill in Kanawha City. Police are investigating whether the second shooting was retaliatory.
