Resurrection Church buys historic Capitol Center Theatre

The historic Capitol Center Theatre is under new ownership. Resurrection Church bought the downtown Charleston theater from the West Virginia State University Foundation. The church purchased the theater for 280-thousand dollars. The theater’s 800-seat capacity will help support the church’s growing congregation.
