Putnam County educators rally for pay raises

Teachers across West Virginia are speaking out against low pay and high insurance premiums. Putnam County educators joined in yesterday. Dozens of teachers students, and parents lined the streets after school yesterday in several communities, asking lawmakers to increase the one-percent pay raise that passed last week.
