PSC Recommends Budget Billing

Ahead of fall and winter, the Public Service Commission is encouraging customers to take advantage of budget billing and average monthly payment plans offered by utility companies. Those spread the cost of energy used during high-demand periods over the full year and prevents spikes in bills when the most energy is used at peak times.
