Police looking for backpack thief

Barboursville police are looking for a backpack thief. The woman found a wallet in a backpack at Huntington Mall. She used the victims credit card to buy 150-dollars’ worth of cigarettes. Police say the suspect drove away in an older red Oldsmobile with Kentucky plates.
