Police intercept $4,000 worth of heroin

Kenova police intercepted four-thousand-dollars’ worth of heroin intended for distribution in Wayne County. Joseph Patterson the third is under arrest. He’s charged with possession with intent to distribute. Police say more arrests are pending.
