Parkway employee facing embezzlement charges

A West Virginia Parkways Authority employee faces embezzlement charges. Patrick Springman of Bluefield is accused of stealing thousands of dollars in parkway funds. Investigators think Springman stole the money from several locations owned by the parkway, totaling 37-thousand-dollars. He’s being held in the Southern Regional Jail.
