Parkersburg lawsuit moved to federal court

Three lawsuits seeking damages following the warehouse fire that burned for weeks in Parkersburg have been moved from state to federal court. “The Gazette,” reports that Defendants wanted the case moved because of the large number of plaintiffs and the sum of money involved. Damages could exceed 5-million-dollars.
