Park Place Bar Surrenders Liquor License
The owner of a Charleston bar has given up his liquor license following a drug raid at the bar last week. Eyewitness News says the West Virginia Alcohol Beverage Control Administration confirms the owner of Park Place Bar has agreed to give up the bar’s liquor license. Charleston police arrested at least nine people after a raid at the West Side bar last week, and the liquor license was suspended after that, and now surrendered.
