Ohio Valley breathing easier

The Ohio Valley is breathing a sigh of relief after avoiding severe flooding over the weekend. Heavy rain was expected to bring the Ohio River above flood stage again this weekend, but the National Weather Service change it’s forecast, estimating the river will rise to just under 35 feet in Wheeling. Emergency management officials say they’re keeping an eye on water levels today.
