Oak Hill man charged with impersonating an officer

An Oak Hill man is charged with impersonating an officer. Police say 35-year-old Paul Horn went to a towing company in Glen Jean, flashed a badge, and asked about drugs that were confiscated from vehicles. He left in a Crown Victoria that was sold at a police auction.
