New management for Rise WV

Governor Jim Justice is revamping the RiseWV flood recovery program, and putting a new management team in place. The state’s top military officer, General James Hoyer of the West Virginia National Guard, will run the program. Hoyer says his first priority is to identify how man people still have housing needs, and to get the process moving faster to address those needs.
