The West Virginia Army National Guard and the Robert C. Byrd Institute are joining forces. The new partnership is intended to improve the Department of Defense opportunities for West Virginia manufacturers. The announcement from the RCBI yesterday said that the new partnership hopes to create more jobs and economic growth especially in the hi-tech sector.
