The news media was locked out from the last two hours of proceedings in ex-Massey Energy CEO Don Blankenship’s fourth day on trial and it’s unclear if a full jury was picked Tuesday. A live feed from another courtroom crashed Tuesday, and that’s how journalists had been viewing the proceedings. Judge Irene Berger silences her microphone during jury questioning, and made the decision to continue without the closed circuit feed.
