Man threatens to kill police officers

A Cross Lanes man is accused of threatening to kill police officers at a Nitro Walmart. Fifty-five-year-old Thomas Shea Jr. is charged with making terroristic threats. Thursday afternoon Shea was acting suspiciously in the stores check-out area. The manager asked him if he needed help, and Shea made a threat to kill police officers. Nitro police took him into custody without incident.
