Man arrested in dismembered body case

Huntington police have arrested a man in connection to a murder last fall. Argie Jeffers was arrested last night and charged with killing and dismembering Carrie Sowards. Sowards’ body was found by a fisherman in the Guyandotte River last September. Jeffers claims he was in a relationship with Sowards, and he’s being framed by drug dealers.
