Man accused of ramming police cruiser
A Charleston man is in custody this morning, accused of ramming his car into a police cruiser early Sunday morning at Beech and Garvin. Rodney Toler flashed a gun at officers and fled on foot. After a chase Toler dropped the gun and surrendered to police. The officer in the patrol car wasn’t injured.
