Man accused of killing teenager found incompetent
A man accused of killing a 15-year-old boy has been found incompetent. William Pulliam will be evaluated at William R. Sharpe Hospital. Pulliam confessed to shooting James Means in 2016. Defense attorneys say Pulliam was evaluated and deemed not competent to stand trial.
