Mail theft in Fort Hill

Fort Hill residents say someone is stealing their mail, and replacing it with laminated pictures of llamas. Residents say they found the pictures in their mailboxes and their mail and packages were missing. Police are looking for the suspects that were caught on surveillance video driving an older model, black, Chevy Silverado pickup. Tampering with mail is a federal offense. An investigation is ongoing.
