Larrick resigns as Lottery Director

Lottery Director Alan Larrick is resigning. Governor Justice made the announcement yesterday and appointed Doug Buffington as the acting director effective immediately. Larrick’s resignation is effective today, the first day sports betting debuts at Hollywood Casino. The official start to sports betting is today at 11 a.m., just before college football games being at noon.
