Kids found playing with knives

A South Charleston couple is facing charges after neighbors reported their kids waving knives and stabbing the ground. Chad and Barbara Counts are charged with child neglect. Police responded to an apartment on Kingswood Drive and saw the kids playing outside with knives. The parents didn’t know where the kids got the knives. No one was injured.
