Ketchum allowed to visit daughter out of state
A judge is allowing former West Virginia Supreme Court Justice Menis Ketchum to leave the state to visit his daughter in North Carolina. Ketchum is awaiting sentencing on a federal wire fraud charge, but the judge agreed to modify the condition of his release on bail. Ketchum’s daughter moved from Cabell County to North Carolina in September. Ketchum is scheduled to be sentenced at the end of January.
