Kanawha County Suspects Arrested in Ohio

Two Kanawha County suspects are facing charges after being tracked down in Ohio and firing shots with police officers there. 28-year old Travis Ray Wickline and 31-year old Ashley Nichole Wayson, both of Charleston were arrested by deputies in Shelby County, Ohio, according to a news release from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office. Wickline was charged with felonious assault, attempted murder, kidnapping, grand theft auto, weapons under disability and failure to comply with the order or signal of an officer. Wayson was charged with obstruction of justice. Gunshots were fired during a police chase. Police first arrested Wayson, who identified Wickline to deputies.
