Justice Honors First Responders

West Virginia recognized first responders, Saturday on Heroes Day. Governor Justice issued a proclamation declaring the second Saturday of September as Heroes Day and many of those who helped during the floods this year and last year were honored. Justice says he’s seen the responders in action up close and believes they should be honored not only for one day, but every day.
