Jurors in Spill
Lawyers will begin interviewing potential jurors for the chemical spill trial involving West Virginia American Water Company. The process of seating a jury is scheduled to begin tomorrow. The company is being sued for its part in the 2014 spill of MCHM, which contaminated the Elk River.
