Jenkins will resign House seat on Sunday

Representative Evan Jenkins will resign his U.S. House of Representatives seat on Sunday. He will be sworn in Monday as a West Virginia Supreme Court justice. Jenkins was appointed by Governor Justice to fill the seat vacated by Justice Robin Davis.
