Hunt to Run for Attorney General

Former West Virginia Delegate Mark Hunt is joining the 2016 race for attorney general. Hunt announced his candidacy this week on his website. Hunt is a Kanawha County Democrat who served in the House of Delegates for 14 years, and says he wants to make the attorney general’s office “a touch watchdog”. Republican Attorney General Patrick Morrisey said in June that he’ll seek a second term.
