Hall Gets a New Trial Date on Murder Charges

A man facing a first degree murder charge has his trial delayed. Bobby Gene Hall is accused of killing two people in February at his home on Garrison Avenue. Timothy Jett and Audrey Short were killed. Misty Rucker is Hall’s ex-girlfriend, and she pleaded guilty to one count of felony accessory after the fact on Oct. 30. She’ll be sentenced next month . Hall’s trial was scheduled to start Monday, but Judge Jennifer Bailey granted a request for a delay, and the new trial date is February 12th.
