Governor Makes Appointment to Parole Board

Governor Earl Ray Tomblin has appointed former State Senator David Nohe to the West Virginia Parole Board. Nohe served as the Vienna Mayor from 1997 to 2012. He was elected to the West Virginia State Senate in 2010. He served both as mayor and a state senator for two years.
