Gov. Justice appoints new director of School Building Authority

Governor Justice appointed former schools superintendent David Roach as executive director of the West Virginia School Building Authority. Roach replaces “Bucky” Blackwell, who recently submitted his resignation. The authority funds school construction and renovation projects.
