Fourth person arrested in Beckley homicide investigation

Beckley police arrested a fourth person in a homicide investigation in the fatal shooting of 29-year-old Amber Meadows. David Hudson turned himself in to police yesterday afternoon. Meadows was found shot to death on Monday at the Travel Lodge on Harper Road. Three other people are already in custody.
