Former WVSU Employee Wants Money Promised in Settlement
A former employee at West Virginia State University says the school is refusing to pay her in a settlement agreement. Crystal Good worked for WVSU’s Research and Development Corporation for six months before resigning in October 2013, and the Charleston Gazette Mail says she’s asked a Kanawha circuit judge to enforce the settlement. It’s a sexual harassment claim against a former supervisor, worth $180,000.
