Drug epidemic costs West Virginians Billions
The drug epidemic is costing West Virginia more than eight-billion-dollars a years. According to a new study by the American Enterprise Institute the Mountain State has the highest economic burden per person caused by the opioid crisis, costing taxpayers nearly 48-hundred-dollars a person.
