Dog abandoned in a plastic bag

A Rivesville man is charged with animal cruelty for abandoning a dog. Thirty-five-year-old Justin Lancianese is accused of leaving the dog in a ditch trapped inside a plastic bag. The dog is blind and elderly, but workers at the Marion County Humane Society say he is doing well.
