Convicted child rapist arrested for failing to register as a sex offender

Corrections officials are seeking to revoke parole of convicted sex offender. Police say Joseph Lavigne violated rules that restrict computer access to pornography, and failed to update his sex offender registration. Lavigne was released from prison after twenty years for raping his 5-year-old daughter. He was arrested Friday for failure to register as a sex offender and child abuser.
