Cleaning up a Super Fund Site in Fayette County

The former Shafer Equipment site in Fayette County may be placed on the National Priorities list of Super fund sites. Governor Justice says he endorses the EPA’s recommendation. THE EPA has controlled the site for more than 25 years, and the Governor says it poses significant health and safety concerns.
