Civil Rights Charges
The U.S. Justice Department says there is insufficient evidence to pursue criminal civil rights charges against police in a 2013 fatal shooting in West Virginia. The Justice Department announced the decision Monday after a review of evidence in the March 2013 shooting of Wayne Arnold Jones of Stephens City, Virginia.
