Cigarette thief in custody

Barboursville Police have identified a suspect in a break-in at a King Cut Tobacco store. Fifty-year-old Robert Nibert is accused of shattering a glass door with a brick and stealing several packs of cigarettes. Nibert is in jail in Ohio on similar, but unrelated charges.
