Chinese delegation touring WV

Governor Jim Justice says a Chinese delegation is visiting West Virginia to solidify an 80-billion-dollar deal with China Energy. Justice says the delegation will be in town for up to two weeks and visit several sites around the state. China energy signed an agreement to invest in shale gas development and chemical manufacturing projects in West Virginia.
