Calling out the National Guard in Huntington

Governor Jim Justice is sending the West Virginia National Guard to Huntington to help local law enforcement agencies. The Guard will provide more manpower through their counter-narcotics support program. The move comes after a string of shootings in the area. There have been 19 murders in the city, so far, this year.
