Broadband service coming to Mingo County

A Texas wireless internet provider is bringing broadband service to Mingo County and other rural areas. Skylark Wireless is the winner of a grant from Microsoft’s Airband initiative. Skylark will use unused broadcast TV frequencies to provide internet services.
