Boyfriend facing murder charges for heroin overdose

A man is facing murder charges after his girlfriend injected heroin he loaded into syringes. Thirty-five year old Philllip Olinger said he tried to revive her for 45 minutes before calling 911. She died at Pleasant Valley Hospital.
