Bar’s License Suspended After Shooting

A Charleston bar has had its license suspended after a shooting early Monday. The Alcohol Beverage Contol Administration suspended the Heart and Soul Bar license. The suspension lasts for ten days while the police investigation continues, and it could be extended. A man was shot in the chest early Monday after a fight broke out at the bar, and it was the 9th time shots were fired at the bar so far in 2015.
