Attorney pleads guilty to embezzling $1,000,000

Former attorney, Richard Martin, was sentenced to prison after pleading guilty to embezzling more the one-million-dollars in client settlements from his trust account and using it for his own purposes. Martin was sentenced to three to thirty years in prison.
