Arriaga sentenced to life in prison
Life in prison for the man who murdered a former West Virginia Coal executive. Anthony Arriaga was sentenced yesterday to life with mercy for the shooting death of Ben Hatfield last year in Mingo County. He will be eligible for parole in 15 years.
