Arriaga could get life sentence
The 22-year old Ohio man convicted of shooting and killing coal executive Ben Hatfield will be sentenced today. Anthony Arriaga could get a life sentence. His accomplice, Brandon Fitzpatrick, was found guilty of first degree murder earlier this month, and will be sentenced in January.
