Amendment 1 on the ballot in November

A constitutional amendment regarding abortion will be on the ballot in November. Amendment One states that there is “no constitutional right to abortion.” Supporters gathered on the Capitol steps last night carrying “vote yes on 1” signs. Opponents say the amendment would allow politicians to pass laws banning abortion under any circumstances.
