A proposal to combat homelessness

Charleston City Council is considering a proposed ordinance that would help combat homelessness that was created in conjunction with the Charleston Homeless Task Force. The ordinance is a three-pronged approach that would help end solicitation and asking for money. The council is expected to vote on the ordinance later this month or in early December.
