A man tries to hide from police in a river

A man in Barboursville tried to evade police by jumping into the mud river. Joshua Roman is accused of stealing a truck and running from a state trooper when he jumped into the water to hide from police. Cabell County deputies were able to apprehend Roman. He’s in the hospital and will face charges when he’s released.
